Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga has been practiced as a way to develop a deeper connection between the mind, body and breath. Using the breath to it's fullest capacity, increasing flexibility and creating better balance are just a few benefits of practicing Hatha Yoga.

Yoga with wieghts
A great way to improve your overall well being,,
With the use of hand weights, strengthen and tone all areas in the body at a slow and effective pace. This class is designed to build bone density, create shapely muscles, stretch the body and calm the mind.

Heated Vinyasa Yoga & Hatha Yoga
The heated classes kept at a breathable comfortable temperature, 80-85 degrees noncompetitive atmosphere Vinyasa or flow yoga, emphasizes the beauty of movement and breath. As we flow from one pose the the next. The body grows stronger and the mind becomes quiet as one focuses on the rhythm of repetitive patters of movement. This Yoga practice burns more calories than any other workout you have ever done! bring a towel, drink plenty of water that day, use of props for modifications, ending with a calming meditation, increases blood flow to the heart, get ready to sweat!

Yogalates' (Yoga & Pilate's) You are only as young as your core is strong!
1/2 Hatha Yoga - 1/2 Puh-LAH-Teez, is a safely designed workout to strengthen the core muscles of the abdominal and back. With practice Pilate's will help condition the the body to correct alignment and to stand and sit taller .

Tao-Tai-Chi with Mater Teacher Toni McAlear
Over the years Toni has studied with the best of the best, learning techniques in this ancient art to help everyone get in touch with there center of gravity. Get piece of mind, improve balance, and reduce stress.
