Dee Lyon, RYT
With over 15 yrs experience in as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach, Weight Management consultant, Reiki Master, Specializes in Senior Yoga & Fitness, Available for private sessionsFounder of Real Life Yoga & Pilate's, since 1998.
Over the years, Dee has studied and practiced many styles of
yoga and fitness techniques including; pilates,
weight management, stress reduction meditation and strength training; integrating them into her practice and teachings.
Dee believes that Yoga is one more path to help individuals live a full,
complete life that nurtures the mind, body and spirit.
Loves to travel, enjoys having yoga classes at
the beach and has a wonderful support team of expert
holistic health practitioners at the yoga studios for all your needs.
Namast'e Nancy West
Owner of Real Life Yoga in Holbrook
Nancy is a most valued yoga instructor in the Quincy Center location.
Nancy has well over 500hr of training, loves attending workshops to take the experience to her students, Certified in Hatha yoga and Children's yoga,
with Restorative Yoga and meditation techniques a specialty, Accomplished reiki 1 & 2.
As a mother of three teenage daughters, Nancy fully realizes the value
of balance in all aspects of life to reduce stress and have a calming

Graduate of Finding Inner Peace Yoga School and the Sacred Seeds Yoga School. I have been teaching yoga and pilates for over 6 years. I feel that yoga and its teachings have completely changed my life.ERYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) with the National Yoga Alliance, a certified Pilates instructor and Reiki Master. Without these teachings and this practice, I feel like I would just be a hot mess all the time! When I first started my journey with yoga, I didn’t really understand the purpose of the movements, or the breath, or the concentration, but I kept coming back because of the teacher. She made me feel safe, supported, worthy, and for the first time in my life, I felt comfortable in my own skin…and it had nothing to do with the way I looked. In a nurturing, compassionate way she helped me to feel again. It was because of her that I wanted to become a yoga teacher…I wanted to do for others what she had done for me.

Paula Foster Hoss
Has been practicing yoga since 2006.Presently aquireing the 200 hr .teacher training credits in Hatha Yoga through FRA, and the national Yoga Alliance certified credits.. Enjoying a healthy lifestyle to return her to health and giving her joy and a quality of life that she never thought possible. Paula earned her Masters in Communications Management and went on to the corporate marketing world. When not practicing or teaching, Paula can be found creating artwork , she loves hiking with her husband and dog and traveling the world.
Join Paula as she continues her teaching practice as an alternate teacher on Friday eve. 6:00pm, community class
Anthony McAlear, Tony has been a T'ai - Chi practitioner for over 20yrs.
with over 200 students in the Boston area.
T'ai Chi is another wonderful way to enhance your mind and body experience
with meditation in motion. Tony has practiced with many masters,
