Hatha - Vinayasa Yoga
Hatha Yoga has been practiced as a way to develop a deeper connection between
the mind, body & breath .
Using the breath to it's fullest capacity, increasing flexibility and creating
better balance are just a few benefits of practicing Hatha Yoga.
Yoga and Tone
Core Strengthening (Fusion)
With the use of hand weights , strengthen and tone all areas in the body at a
slow and effective pace.
This class is designed to build bone density, create shapely muscles ,stretch
the body & calm the mind.
Yogalate's
(Yoga & Pilate's)
1/2 Hatha Yoga - 1/2 Puh-LAH-Teez, is a safely designed workout to strengthen
the core muscles of the abdominal and back,
With practice Pilate's will help condition the the body to correct alignment
and to stand and sit taller,
Senior Class
This is a beginners class safely designed for seniors, to enhance your flexibility,
balance and breathing.
With the use of a chair for stability ,& weighs to increase bone density
please check with your doctor before doing this or any other exercise class.
